Vitale assisted Nuo Capital S.A. (“Nuo”) in the acquisition of Bialetti Industrie S.p.A. (“Bialetti” or the “Company”), supporting the buyer in structuring the financing for the transaction.

Nuo has signed a binding agreement to acquire 78.6% of Bialetti Industrie S.p.A., a global leader in the production and distribution of coffee preparation systems, internationally known for its iconic Moka pot.

The transaction, with a total value of approximately €170 million, includes a reinvestment by the current majority shareholder, who will retain a minority stake in the Company.
The goal is to strengthen Bialetti’s financial structure and support its growth path, enhancing the value of an iconic Made in Italy brand both in the domestic and international markets.

Vitale acted as financial advisor, assisting Nuo in the structuring and negotiation of a senior financing agreement for a maximum amount of €50 million.
