F2i, the leading Italian independent manager of infrastructure funds with assets under management of around € 5bn and HAT Orizzonte, one of the leading independent Italian operators in the alternative investment scenario and with assets under management of over € 400m, sold their entire stake in SIA S.p.A. to CDP Equity.
SIA S.p.A. is active in the design, creation and management of technology infrastructures and services for Financial Institutions, Central Banks, Corporates and the Public Sector, in the areas of payments, cards, network services and capital markets. The investment of CDP Equity, which directly holds a stake of 25.7% and indirectly, through FSIA, a stake of 57.5%, aims to pursue the development and strengthening of the Company, functional to the maximization of the value of the investment.
