Vitale advised Telecom Italia in the disposal of Sparkle to the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) and Retelit, a company controlled by the Asterion fund.
Sparkle is a leading global service provider offering a full range of infrastructure and global connectivity services – capacity, IP, SD-WAN, colocation, IoT connectivity, roaming and voice - designed to meet the fast-changing needs of national and international Carriers, OTTs, ISPs, Media/Content Providers and multinational enterprises.
Vitale acted as financial advisors to the seller, offering support in the structuring of the transaction, in the negotiation phases and in the coordination of due diligence activities.
