Vitale acted as financial advisor of Pibiplast S.p.A., a company controlled by the private equity funds L Catterton and Ambienta, in the execution of a capital and financial strengthening project, with the support of the shareholders and the creditor banks.

Established in 1954 by Bosi Family, Pibiplast S.p.A. (hereafter “Pibiplast” or the “Company”) is an Italian producer of primary plastic packaging for the beauty and personal care industry.

The Company, has progressively specialized in the skin-care and make-up packaging sectors, through strategic acquisitions and investments in state-of-the-art technologies.

The Company is specialized in the following techniques: injection moulding, extrusion blow moulding, injection blow moulding, injection stretch blow moulding and continuous extrusion for tubes manufacturing.

The Company generates total revenues of approx. €65m, it has more than 500 customers in more than 45 countries and as of the end of 2021 the Company employed approx. 350 employees.

Since 2018, Pibiplast is 85% controlled by private equity firms L Catterton and Ambienta, the remaining stake is owned by the Bosi family.
