Re-forme Srl, owner of the "Veralab" brand, announces the entry of Peninsula Capital, an international private equity fund, into the share capital with a 30% stake.

Born in 2016 from the need to radically transform the message on female beauty, rewriting its canons and anticipating the times of body positivity, today Veralab is one of the most established brands in the cosmetics sector, benefiting from exponential growth based on a business model born digital and quickly developed into an integrated omni-channel model.

Veralab expects to close 2023 with over 70 million euros of consolidated revenues, +20% of growth compared to 2022, confirming the high historical growth rates (+36% CAGR 2019-23) and the success of the brand.

Vitale acted as financial advisor of the buyer offering support in the structuring of the transaction, in the negotiation phases and in the coordination of due diligence activities.
