Vitale assisted Hyle in the sale of a majority stake in Fyeld, to White Bridge Investments.

Fyeld is the leading global group in the design, manufacture, trade and repair of: (i) self-propelled harvesting machines for peppers, tomatoes, lettuce, spinach, valerian and self-propelled sprayers; (ii) trailed and mounted spray booms; (iii) soil preparation and transplanting machines for horticultural crops.

The Fyeld group is the result of an ambitious and successful Buy and Build project started in 2022. Following the acquisition of Guaresi by Hyle, Grim was successfully integrated in 2022, Hortech in 2023 and K.U.L.T. and Toselli in 2024. These operations enabled the group to offer complete coverage of the agronomic cycle of tomatoes, peppers and root vegetables.

Fyeld has a strong international presence, with significant exposure to the Chinese market (around 25% of turnover) and foreign sales accounting for 60% of the total.  
Over the past three years, Fyeld has grown from a turnover of EUR 20 million to the EUR 70 million planned for the current year, in a rapid growth path led by a management team of high standing.

Vitale acted as financial advisor to the seller, providing support in structuring the transaction, in coordinating due diligence activities and assistance in the negotiation stages.
