Vitale assisted Clessidra Private Equity SGR S.p.A. ("Clessidra") in the acquisition of a majority stake of Molino Nicoli S.r.l. ("Molino Nicoli" or the "Company").
Molino Nicoli, with three production sites in Bergamo, is a European leader in the production of gluten-free, allergen-free, GMO-free and organic breakfast cereals and snacks. The Company serves modern trade, industrial and specialized retailers (such as pharmacies, drug stores and specialty stores) channels both in Italy and abroad, selling its products both under private label and through its own brand "Vitabella."
Vitale acted as a financial advisor to Clessidra, offering support in structuring the transaction, in the due diligence phase and throughout the negotiation stages.
