Assistance in the financial restructuring of some companies of the group through the medium-term consolidation of part of the indebtedness of a banking nature, the termination of some leasing contracts, the redemption of some leased assets and the introduction (spot and forward) of new finance.

Definition of a financial restructuring plan for some of the group companies;
negotiation and definition of exposure rescheduling agreements with some credit institutions as part of the restructuring plan drawn up, including, among other things:
the rescheduling of part of the indebtedness of these companies and the repayment of part of the overdue debt;
termination of certain leasing contracts;
the redemption of certain leased assets;
the disbursement of new finance of a banking nature;
the contribution of new finance by shareholders (partly spot and partly according to a pre-agreed timetable).
