Galotti S.p.A., a well-known real estate development company based in Bologna, has sold two major development projects in Rome and Bologna to CPI Property Group, a leading Czech property group owner of assets in Berlin, Prague, Warsaw and in EU.

The transaction involved a large mixed use development project, mainly intended for residential use, in Rome, in the Torrenova district, for over 90,000 square meters of buildable area and a greenfield plot in Bologna Savena with an extension of c. 400,000 square meters. The transaction was completed as part of the company's restructuring agreement (pursuant to art. 182 bis LF) with its creditors.
