Fondazione Salvatore Maugeri and Trilantic Europe reached an agreement for the divestment from Tcp Hospitals (a company controlled by Trilantic) of the stake held in Istituti Clinici Scientifici Maugeri S.p.A. ("ICS Maugeri"). 
Following the transaction, Fondazione Salvatore Maugeri will be the sole shareholder of ICS Maugeri, while Trilantic will become the 100% shareholder of the related real estate fund IASO.

Istituti Clinici Scientifici Maugeri, headquartered in Pavia, is a hospital group specialised in the research and treatment of chronic diseases and their subsequent functional recovery. The group is active in Italy through a network of 21 healthcare facilities.

IASO is a real estate fund that owns the healthcare facilities in which ICS Maugeri performs its activities.

Vitale acted as financial advisor to Fondazione Salvatore Maugeri providing support in the structuring of the transaction, valuation activities, in the negotiation phases and in the coordination of the activities.
