Support in the analysis of the economic and financial situation of Fondazione and its subsidiaries;
definition of the transaction structure and perimeter;
assistance in defining and updating the financial restructuring plan (“Piano di Concordato”) of Fondazione (“OldCo”);
assistance in drafting the cash budgets of Fondazione and its subsidiaries;
assistance in defining and negotiating the bridge financing requested to the banks;
support in drafting legal documentation;
assistance to Fondazione in the sale of NewCo;
coordination of the activities of the other consultants involved in the transaction.
