(“Expotrans”), a leading provider of logistics and transport services for trade fairs, congresses and international events, in the signing of a binding agreement for the sale of 51% of the share capital to Fiera Milano S.p.A. (“Fiera Milano”), Italy’s leading operator in the exhibition sector.

The transaction is part of the strategy outlined in Fiera Milano’s 2024–2027 Strategic Plan, which aims to strengthen its role as an integrated service provider for exhibitors and organizers, by extending its presence along the entire value chain.

Its main services include: i) exhibition freight forwarding; ii) on-site logistics (handling, warehousing and equipment rental within exhibition venues); iii) multimodal transport with tailored solutions for large clients; iv) fine arts logistics.
