Vitale advised Equinox in the disposal of Clas to La Doria, a portfolio company of Investindustrial

Established in 1989 in Chiusanico, Clas is the leading European manufacturer of private label pesto and ready-made sauces. Operating from a manufacturing facility in Chiusanico (Imperia), the company engages in both private label and co-packing activities, employing approximately 150 employees, including permanent and seasonal staff. Clas boasts a strong international presence, particularly in Germany, France and the United Kingdom, with export sales comprising approximately 90% of total revenue. In 2023, Clas produced nearly 90 million jars, generating revenues exceeding 75 million euros.

Vitale acted as financial advisor to the seller, offering support in the structuring of the transaction, in the negotiation phases and in the coordination of due diligence activities.
