Vitale assisted Coima SGR SpA in the disposal of the Hotel Excelsior, a historic 5-star luxury hotel located in Venice Lido and owned by the fund Lido di Venezia II, to the hotel owner and operator London & Regional Hotels.
Located along the Lido beach, Hotel Excelsior boasts both architectural and historical importance. The building was inaugurated in 1908 and over the years became an important social and cultural center thanks to the International Film Festival exihibition and the opening of the Casino.
