Vitale advised Casalasco Società Agricola S.p.A. in the acquisition of the Pummarò, Polpabella, and Sugo Lampo brands for both the Italian and international markets from STAR Alimentare, part of the GB Foods group.

Casalasco leveraged its long-standing relationship with GB Foods, as the historical and exclusive co-packer for STAR Alimentare’s tomato preserves line, also through Emiliana Conserve, to further strengthen its presence in both domestic and international markets.

Vitale acted as financial advisor to Casalasco, offering support in the structuring of the transaction, in the negotiation phases and in the coordination of due diligence activities.
