Vitale, as financial advisor, has assisted C.A.I. S.r.l. (Consorzi Agrari d’Italia) in the context of a transfer of the assets of four Consortia in an operating company (C.A.I. S.r.l.) and in a real estate company (C.A.I. Real Estate S.r.l.). The transaction envisaged the acquisition by B.F. S.p.A. of a 37% stake in C.A.I. S.r.l., as part of C.A.I. S.r.l. capital increase of €169m, a capital increase of C.A.I. Real Estate S.r.l. for €78m and the confirmation, from the banks financing the Consortia, of credit lines for both companies for an amount of over €110m.

In particular, Vitale provided assistance, among others, in the definition of the transaction’s perimeter and in the negotiation activities with the financial institutions.
