Advisory to British Telecommunications for the acquisition of 100% of the capital of Atlanet SpA, a telecommunication company of the Fiat Group, with a total turnover approx. € 148 million.

Assistance to British Telecommunication in all the phases of the sale procedure from Fiat Group of 100% of the capital of Atlanet SpA;
support in the determination of the stand-alone value of Atlanet SpA, of the value of the synergies feasible by BT and in the definition of the terms and conditions of the acquiring proposals made;
assistance in the negotiation of the terms of the buying contract of the capital of Atlanet Spa and support in the negotiation with Fiat Group of the ancillary commercial contracts;
coordination of the activities of the accounting, legal and tax consultants during the whole acquisition process.
