WIIT S.p.A., one of the leading European players in the market of cloud computing services for enterprises listed on the Euronext STAR segment of the Euronext Milan market, has acquired from BT Italia S.p.A. the 100% of the share capital of ERPTech S.p.A. for a consideration of €4m and a potential increase in the price of a maximum of €2m contingent on the achievement of certain commercial objectives.
 
ERPTech is a leading company in IT outsourcing services of SAP systems, of which it holds 4 certifications, which, in 2021 recorded revenues of approximately €9m and EBITDA of €500k.

Vitale acted as financial advisor of BT Italia S.p.A., supporting them in the due diligence process, in structuring the transaction and in the negotiation phases.
