Bistrot, the real estate fund managed by Natissa SGR S.p.A. and held by the joint venture between Bain Capital Special Situations and Borio Mangiarotti S.p.A., closed two important investments aimed at the development of two residential areas in Milan ("Bistolfi 31" and "ex Trotto di San Siro") with a total gross area of approximately 57 thousand square meters.
Both investments were financed by Cheyne Capital for an amount of € 250mln and they represent two significant urban redevelopment projects in Milan. 
Bistolfi 31 foresees a new residential complex near the Lambrate railway, consisting of six buildings in a 6,000-square-meter park; while ex Trotto San Siro will be a urban regeneration of the former Trotto racetrack into a residential neighborhood.

Vitale acted as financial advisor to Bain Capital Special Situations in the joint venture with Borio Mangiarotti S.p.A. and Natissa SGR S.p.A. for aspects related to the financing of this transaction.
