The project involves the urban regeneration near the Bisceglie metro station in Milan; the tender contract of the project was awarded to Borio Mangiarotti.
The residential lot, which will be built parallel to Via Calchi Taeggi, envisages the construction of approximately 650 flats distributed over 11 buildings that will be entirely destined for multifamily rental of free and social housing
