Vitale advised 3B Latte, leading Italian company in the production of fresh bufala and goat cheese, and its shareholders in the sale of its majority stake to Gennaro Auricchio S.p.A., historic company active in the production of cheese and leader in the manufacture of Provolone.

3B Latte, a brand of Italian excellence in cheese production, based in the province of Bergamo is active in the production of fresh and spreadable goat, buffalo and cow's milk-based cheeses, such as the renowned camembert of buffalo. In 2021, the company reached a turnover of more than 35 million euros, of which more than 20 percent generated abroad.

As a result of the deal, 3B Latte will be supported in a major investment plan aimed at optimising production capacity, developing new product lines and expanding the distribution network of the product range in new geographic areas and markets. Gennaro Auricchio S.p.A. which through this acquisition strengthen its position in the fresh cheese segment.

Florindo and Marco Bertoni, together with Abramo Bernacchi, historical shareholders of 3B Latte, will remain in the management of the company and will continue to be key figures in its future development

As part of the transaction, the existing shareholders will reinvest part of the proceeds, thus maintaining a minority stake in the company.

Vitale acted as financial advisor to the sellers offering support in the structuring of the transaction, in the negotiation phases and in the coordination of due diligence activities.
