She has more than 15 years’ experience in the investment banking industry.
She has advised national and international companies and private equity funds on several mergers & acquisitions (both domestic and cross-border) and debt-related transactions (even in proceedings regulated by the bankruptcy law) with deep expertise in consumer goods and retail.
Prior to joining Vitale in 2009, Valentina was part of the Italian M&A team at Deutsche Bank.
