He has advised national and international companies and private equity funds on several mergers & acquisitions, debt-related transactions (even in proceedings regulated by the bankruptcy law) and Equity Capital Market transactions mainly on TMT, infrastructure and leasure goods sectors.
Prior to joining Vitale in 2019, Francesco worked for Tamburi Investment Partners.
