Redilco group’s restructuring plan, pursuant to article 182 bis F.L., historical Italian operator in real estate, has been approved by the Court of Milan.

The agreement, which has included different corporate vehicles belonging to the group, requires, among others, the rescheduling of about 146 million Euro of debt against Credit Institutions and the provision of new finances.

Vitale & Co. has assisted Redilco group, in the capacity of financial advisor, in the organization of the restructuring plan and in the negotiation with Credit Institutions.
